Resort Package
Start your personalized experience with Tina Hearns, our premier Wedding and Travel Coordinator. She has secured our guests a section of Junior Jacuzzi Suites, with the opportunity to upgrade for those wishing to do so. She will coordinate with you directly to schedule your experience for your desired length of stay, securing you the best price for your investment. Payment plans are available and guests are encouraged to use this option (interest free). To secure your suite, a $50 deposit is required per guest. Payments of choice can be made as preferred after submitting a deposit. Final payment will be due by November 2015. Air Travel
You are encouraged to secure your own air transportation outside of your resort package. The El Dorado Royale is located about 25 minutes south of Cancun International Airport (CUN). Flights range in cost from $300-$500 round trip from Minneapolis/ St. Paul International Airport (MSP). For your reference, the average cost for a flight to Cancun in January 2015 was $360 at approximately 85-91 days out. Airport transfers will be taken care of by Tina Hearns, and provided by Lomas Travel. Your transfer will be scheduled as round trip to and from the resort. For those of you desiring assistance with booking air travel, Tina Hearns will gladly assist anyone who is wishing to book their air travel and resort stay as one package.
Your Celebration Investment
Understanding the cost of your package is important. We recognize the investment required, and we appreciate you considering making such an investment to celebrate with us. We have reserved a section of Junior Jacuzzi Suites, but included 4 suites styles and price points below. Guests are welcome to upgrade. Each suite price demonstrated below is based off of a three night experience, additional night pricing is listed as well. For example, the investment for a Junior Jacuzzi Suite for three nights is $667.98, for four nights it is S890.64 and for five nights it is $1,112.90 (per guest). Tina Hearns will also monitor for price drops for guests who have deposited, however rates will not raise due to our specialty pricing.
